We’ve had the honour of visiting Rivershore Resort on the Sunshine Coast quite a few times now this year and I cannot gush over this place and all their staff enough. From the moment you walk in the front doors you are greeted with such amazing friendly staff. And the friendliness doesn’t stop there; the cleaners, the barkeeps, waiters & waitresses, management and even the groundskeepers are all so friendly and helpful. The resort is also so clean, on my four visits, I’ve not once seen a piece of rubbish laying around. Funny I know haha, why mention that you are probably wondering but it just goes to show how well the resort is cared for. Ohh and the food and drink, just incredible! If you’re looking for a place where you can just wind down and relax and somewhere where the kinds have endless hours of fun, then be sure to book a stay at Rivershore Resort. They cater to caravans (Ohh and they even have permanent mesh ground coverings for when you step out of your van), traditional camping, to-go camping and Safari Tents.

Glamping ~ Luxury Safari Tents

Now this is what I’m talking about! At Rivershore you will find 15 luxurious Safari Tents consisting of 13 King Safari Tents and 2 Family Safari Tents. We’ve stayed in both. In the King Safari Tents you will find it fitted out with a to-die-for 4 post king bed surrounded by other amazing handcrafted pieces from the Sunny coast, a fully functioning kitchenette, closet, tv with Netflix and seperate bathroom with a gorgeous claw foot tub and seperate shower with the most amazing water pressure. Relax on the deck with views of the river and make use of your very own Weber bbq. You will find all this in the Family Safari Tents also but with the added bonus of an addition bedroom which features an extra 3 single beds. Both with the option to add a couple more beds or cots if needed.

Ready To-go Camping ~ Bell Tents

Want to experience camping without the hassle of set up and pack up? Rivershore Resort offer Ready to-go camping, where they will set up one of their amazing Bell Tents with all the luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You don’t have to do a thing but enjoy every moment of your stay.

Things to do at Rivershore

Rivershore Resort offer some amazing facilities and activities for kids, so you will never hear a “muuuummmm I’m bored” comment from the kids during your stay. I gaurenteee it.

At Rivershore Resort you will find an 8m x 8m heated kids pool featuring water spray fun, a whopping 18m x 25m heated resort pool lined with glorious Palm Trees, Day Beds and Sun Lounges and to top that off, the pool has two big waterslides. The kids can also enjoy a jump on the Jumping Pillow or Trampoline, play a round of Mini Golf and finish the night of with a movie at the Outdoor Cinema.

Rivershore Resort also offer Recreational Equipment for hire like Bicycles, Buggies, Stand up Paddle Boards and Kayaks. Like i mentioned, the kids will never get board.

It really feels like a home away from home at Rivershore Resort and the kids absolutely love it there. Looking forward to our next visit 🙂
